TimeJourney
Privacy Policy
TimeJourney Privacy Policy Effective date: 5 October 2026
TimeJourney turns time away from your phone into a nature or space journey. The app does not require an account and has no advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs.
Information stored on your device Your journey settings, start and end times, travel history, passport stamps, and Screen Time selections are stored locally. The app and its Screen Time extensions share the information needed to apply and remove TimeJourney restrictions through a dedicated Apple App Group.
Screen Time permission TimeJourney asks for individual Screen Time authorization through Apple's Family Controls framework. Apple's picker provides privacy-preserving tokens for the apps, categories, and websites you select. TimeJourney uses those selections only to apply the restrictions you request. The developer does not receive your selections or travel history.
Data collection and sharing TimeJourney does not upload your selections, journey records, or device identifiers to developer-operated servers, sell them, or use them for advertising. Apple's App Store, device backups, and optional operating-system diagnostics are governed by Apple's policies and your device settings.
Your choices You can end a journey early and use the app's restriction-recovery controls. You can revoke TimeJourney's Screen Time access in iOS Settings. Removing the app removes its local app data; backup copies, if any, are managed through your Apple device and account settings.
External links and support If you open a source-credit or support link, the external website or email provider handles that interaction under its own policy. Information you voluntarily send for support is used to answer your request. Contact details are available through the support link on TimeJourney's App Store product page.
Updates This policy will be updated if the app's data practices change. The date above identifies the current policy.
This support website is provided through Sites. The hosting provider may process connection information such as IP addresses for security and operation. The site contains no advertising, separate analytics scripts or contact form. Support correspondence is used to respond to your request; you can request its deletion.
